How would I describe my role as a social justice advocate and consultant?
I characterise myself as a paratrooper and a
catalyst. Like a paratrooper, I am at the ready to parachute into various communities to co-create, identify and execute opportunities in times of uncertainty or trauma. As a catalyst for social justice, I stimulate people along their journey to paint their dreams with words and actions and stimulate communities toward greater connectedness and collective vision.
My personal vision in a nutshell; to create conduits of resources for people to thrive, be fulfilled and celebrate each others unique contribution to the world.
That’s why I will travel almost anywhere to make a difference. In the process I have been transformed profoundly as I have witnessed others do the same.
I have worked internationally in facilitation design and implementation within corporate, government and non-profit organisations. Being global, I work digitally and on-site for numerous projects centred around communal empowerment, social justice, inclusion, and diversity; through value-driven and vision-guided dialogues, I help communities and cohorts generate sustainable strategies, accelerate learning, and jump start cultural shifts.
Instigation, was founded in Amsterdam in 2008, where I have worked on multinational projects, glocal initiatives and coaching. I have also served on the board, as a director, and co-founder of several organisations.
